Jaclyn Lee
Founding Director/Delegation Lead
Jaclyn Lee, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, MS, is a 2018 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Honoree. As a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Advocate, Change Enablement Champion, and Business Strategist, Jaclyn has worked with the leading enterprises in the U.S. and Asia to create high-impact and sustainable changes in workplaces and communities.
Jaclyn brings her 20+ years of business experience to pursue her passion in Business Impact and Inclusion Consulting by founding D-I-C-E Consulting and co-founding iHub.
Professor Arthur Wang
Vice President
Dr. Arthur Wang is a college professor with two Ph.D in Mathematical Sciences, one from US and one from China. He published dozens of research papers in world-leading journals. He has taught math and computer science for thousands of students both in US and China, many of which are successful IT pioneers and experts.
He has a passion to help youths to succeed in education and career and has chaired many non-profit organizations such as Parents Children Education Club, and Shandong Fellowship Association of NJ telecommunicating, and the pharmaceutical industries.
Brian Jiang
Vice President
Brian Jiang is the senior pharmaceutial IT manager at Pfizer, where he is accountable for digital computing and engineering for drug research and development. In addition, he is also an active member and lead in a few non-profit and API organizations.
Dr. YZ
Board of Directors
​Dr. Yingchao “YZ” Zhang, former councilman of West Windsor Township, is a visionary leader. With a background as a high-energy physicist from Stony Brook University, he has 25 years of experience in the IT industry. Now, he is a partner in an AI startup, utilizing his extensive network in technology sales. In addition, he's a self-taught passionate musician and has been performing one-man-band in the community for the past 15 years.
Dr. Wenyan Wang
Vice President
Wenyan Wang is a passionate drug developer with 20+ years of industry experience. She is currently a Senior Clinical Development Director at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, leading Phase II/III clinical strategy in areas of heart
failure, hypertension and rare renal diseases. She received her Ph.D. degree in biochemistry and molecular biology, and completed her postdoctoral training in heart development at Columbia University in New York City.

With over 30 years of expertise in Accounting and Taxation within corporate America, Ms. Chu is the backbone of iHub’s financial integrity. As our Controller, she expertly manages bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, and taxation, ensuring our operations are accurate, transparent, and compliant.

Grace Ren
Youth Empowerment Officer
Grace Ren is a rising sophomore majoring in Computer Science + Economics at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She likes baking, singing, biking, crafting clay trinkets, and trying new foods. As an active member of the United Speakers of America Toastmasters Club and the iHub at D-I-C-E organization, she has dedicated herself to honing her speaking skills and creating positive change. She hopes to leverage her voice and diverse experiences to make a meaningful impact across communities.
Sophia Wang
Co-creator
Sophia Wang is a rising sophomore at Northeastern University majoring in business administration and psychology. She participated in Masterclass 2020 and monitored the auditions and registrations in Masterclass 2023. A former Club President for two consecutive terms, she is now the student Advisor of the ihub United States of America Toastmaster Gavel Club. Sophia enjoys hanging out with friends and exploring new places.
Andrew Ikemoto
Co-creator
Andrew Ikemoto is a rising Senior at John P Stevens High School. He enjoys playing cello and eating. He has little public speaking experience but through Masterclass 2023 he hopes to become a skilled and versatile public speaker. Andrew is dedicated to doing his best in everything.
Justin Zhang
Associate
Justin Zhang is a student in the Class of 2028 at the Peddie School in Hightstown, New Jersey. He loves voicing his thoughts, and brings enthusiasm and passion to any team he is involved with. Justin has interests in tennis, cross country, playing the viola and piano, competing in Speech and Debate, and community service. He received the Degree of Special Distinction at 571 Speech and Debate points within the NSDA. Additionally, he earned the President’s Volunteer Award (Gold) for 100 hours of community service. Justin is willing to put in effort and keep a positive atmosphere around a team, even if mistakes are made. He will take responsibility for his actions and for his team. In his free time, Justin enjoys practicing the viola and piano and earning awards in competitions. Furthermore, he likes playing chess, socializing, and trying new things.
Angelina Xi
Design Manager
Angelina Xi is a rising sophomore at New York University. She is interested in art and game design, an experienced UI/UX web designer and graphic designer. She is active in the National Art Honors Society. Angelina has won numerous art awards,including the Gold Key award and American Vision Nominee from Scholastic's Art and Writing competition. In her spare time, she likes to volunteer and gives back to the community, and mentors younger students.
Nimo Ren
Digital Asset Manager
Nimo is a high school rising senior and a member of ihub's Youth Council. He specializes in video production and event photography, crafting content for the Masterclass. Photography has become an integral part of Nimo's life; his camera is his constant companion, capturing moments wherever he goes. In addition, Nimo enjoys creating short videos and micro movies, further expanding his skills and storytelling abilities.
Justin Jiang

Justin Jiang is a rising freshman at Carnegie Mellon University. He has a lot of different passions. He plays varsity soccer for his school team and is an active competitor in his school’s DECA club. Outside of school, he is an instructor for his taekwondo school and enjoys hobbies such as web designing, video creation, and traveling.
Bob Yang
Associate
Bob Yang is a rising high school freshman in Rutgers Preparatory School. Moving to the U.S. from China in 2023, Bob became a proud member of the Toastmasters Gavel club where he has significantly improved his public speaking and leadership skills. Bob enjoys playing video games and basketball in his free time, as well as public speaking, programming and ethical hacking, especially creating softwares for different uses. As a delegate of iHUB at DICE in the UCA youth convention, Bob is excited to meet new people and make new friends.
